What is the average shipping time for my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Are your candles and diffusers made from natural ingredients?
Yes, all Aromatique candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend and lead-free cotton wicks. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and ethically sourced.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to more countries in the near future.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
