We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aromatique home fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all inserts and protective wraps.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
